When compared to hand wrapping, a stretch wrapper can save your film costs by half to two-thirds.

Most of our pallet wrappers use powered pre-stretch film delivery systems that pre-stretch the film as it passes through the film carriage. 

You can increase the yield of each roll by pre-stretching the film. A film distribution system with 300% (1:3) pre-stretch, for example, may stretch 1500 meter of film into 4500 meters.

Pre-stretch levels option : 150%, 100%, 250%, 350%.

However, more is not necessarily better. It is important to consider the  strength of the film you are using. Powered pre-stretch film carriage  begin to have a substantial economic impact at 20 loads/day.
