This line includes Roll move cart, Robot palletizer, paperboard placing, weighing print & labeling unit, and a rotary arm stretch wrapping machine for nonwoven rolls.
The packaging process:
1. The nonwoven roll is transferred from the cart to the robot palletizer
2. Robot paleltizer (Option) then places the bottom paperboard, palletizes the nonwoven rolls and then sets the top paperboard.
3. The roll will enter the rotary arm wrapping machine when palletizing is finished.
4. Rolls that have been wrapped enter the outfeed conveyor.
5. The labeling machine (Option) stick the label on the roll surface.
6. The rolls are waiting to be unloaded and stored.
