Eopac horizontal stretch wrap system reduce supply chain damage, ensure your boards safe-to-ship.
Your boards or panels will be carefully wrapped in stretch film and protected from moisture and dust by this horizontal stretch wrapping packaging line.
Packaging Process:
1. The bundle of boards be conveyed to the "Spacer feeding unit", this unit will insert blocks underneath the boards according to setting. (This unit is option)
Note: This unit is an option, you can choose the operator place the blocks manually.
2. The boards travel to "Front end cover unit" which automatically applies PE film to the front end of the boards.
Note: This unit is an option, you can choose the operator place the PE film manually.
3. Then boards travel to "Horizontal wrapping machine" and start to be packed automatically.
4. After wrapping is complete, the wrapped boards is reversed and the "Back end cover unit" applies PE film to the back end.
Note: This unit is an option, you can choose the operator place the PE film manually.
5. Then the Boards travel to the outfeed conveyor and wait the forktruck unloading.
